Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital product policy

NumerologyONE courses are digital products delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Because access to course content is granted immediately, we generally do not offer refunds once a course has been accessed.

2. Refund eligibility

A refund may be considered only if:

• You were charged more than once for the same course due to a technical error, or
• You have not accessed any lecture content, and request a refund within 48 hours of purchase

3. How to request a refund

Email hello@numerologyone.in with your registered email address and payment reference (visible in your Razorpay payment confirmation). Requests are reviewed individually.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank or card issuer's own processing timelines.

5. Cancellations

Since courses are a one-time payment for 1 year of access rather than a recurring subscription, there is no ongoing subscription to cancel.
